The Chicago Bulldogs are excited to announce the hiring Sean Freeman as the Squirt Central States Coach for the upcoming 2017-18 season.

Coach Freeman is a consummate professional and brings a superb hockey background to the Bulldogs organization.   Sean spent his youth hockey career by playing six years for the Chicago Young Americans AAA program before moving on to Junior Hockey in the USHL; playing for both the Sioux City Musketeers and Wisconsin Capitals.  His next four years were spent playing NCAA D3 hockey for Lake Forest College where he lead the team in scoring all four years while amassing nearly one point per game in over 100 games played.  Sean then graduated to the pro ranks playing 92 career professional games from 1998-2005.  Most recently, Coach Freeman served as coach of the Falcons Squirt NIHL team in 2016-17 and the Jr Falcons team in 2015-16.

Additionally, Sean will be entering his impressive 18th straight season as Hockey Director and Head Coach of the Highland Park Giants High School program.

Be sure to introduce yourself and welcome Coach Freeman to the Bulldogs Family when you see him around Heartland.
